Kids spend on average 16 years to educate and train themselves for a future workplace. This effort is roughly at a cost of 1.5 million rand per person… excluding aspects like food and housing. After all this effort and money spend they contribute nothing to a modern job market, unless they have at least 3 to 5 years of working experience. This is an expensive waste of time and very unproductive. Do you agree?
