For this reason you acknowledge that all messages posted on the Networking Job Board explicitly express the views and opinions of the original message author and not necessarily represent nor imply the views and opinion of the Networking Job Board. Therefore, the Networking Job Board, takes no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any messages posted its members/users. The Networking Job Board do not vouch for, guarantee nor warrant the accuracy and completeness of every message, posting, article or upload.
Failure to comply with these regulations and rules will result in the suspension of your professional profile, termination of your Networking Job Board account and/or you might be permanently ban (i.e. blacklisted) from ever accessing the Networking Job Board. For this reason, your IP-address is recorded with each posting, comment, message or upload that you submit to the Networking Job Board – which is only retrievable by Networking Job Board employees – should it become necessary to take action, when a Networking Job Board member/user fail to comply to the Networking Job Board’s rules and regulation as stipulated.

You also agree that any information and data that you submit to the Networking Job Board is stored in a searchable and retrievable database, and that “cookies” are stored on your computer, tablet, smart phone or any device used to access the Networking Job Board to record and save your login and session data.Any personal information you make “public“ on the Networking Job Board will not be disclosed to any third party, without your prior consent in writing or as required by Networking Job Board features and functions, such as – for example – when you apply for a position. Everything practically possible is done by the Networking Job Board system to ensure data security and personal privacy, but Networking Job Board staff cannot be held liable for any hacking attempt in which your personal information and account data is compromised, especially in cases where you were careless in managing your login credentials (i.e. your username and password).
You accept and agree that the Networking Job board – in essence – is a professional networking online podium, created and maintained to benefit all of its members. Because of this, as a registered member you have access to candidate information and contact details, which can be used for recruiting, professional networking purposes and to shortlist applicants. However, when you abuse this privilege by spamming candidates to the detriment of the Networking Job Board’s reputation in general, your account will be deleted from the Networking Job Board with immediate effect, and your email and IP address will be blacklisted with spamming databases used by the majority of hosting companies to filter, refuse and delete emails and registrations attached to a blacklisted email and/or IP address.
